How to Pre-Register for HELIOsphere
First, pick the memberships you want and fill out the requested information to process the registration. When you hit the REGISTER button, you will be taken to our secure credit card processor to enter your credit card information.
HELIOsphere Memberships are NOT refundable, but they can be transferred to someone else or deferred to 2021 by contacting secretary at nasf3.org.
When your registration is complete, you will get a thank you page with a link to get your hotel room and an email confirming your registration.
PRE-REGISTRATION CLOSES March 29, 2020
Children can be registered onsite by their parents. We do not run a children’s programming track but there are many program items such as gaming, filk and makers’ that kids will enjoy.

Adult $75
Young Adult (16-25) $35
Children ages 6-15 can be registered onsite for $25 by their parent or guardian.
Children under 6 can be registered onsite for free.
