Elizabeth Crowens has worn many hats in Hollywood for over 20 years, is a black belt in martial arts, a Sherlock Holmes enthusiast and is a regular contributor of author interviews for Black Gate, an award-winning speculative fiction online magazine. Previously, she published Silent Meridian, an alternate history/fictional memoir, featuring Arthur Conan Doyle with MX Publishing, a small indie press in London. It won First Prize in the 2016 Goethe Awards for Turn-of-the-century historical fiction sponsored by the Chanticleer Review, First Prize for Steampunk in the Independent Press Awards and placed as a finalist in the Eric Hoffer Awards. A second edition will be re-issued with a different cover along with its award-winning sequel, A Pocketful of Lodestones (First Prize in Chanticleer Review’s 2017 Paranormal Fiction Awards) in the summer of 2019 by Atomic Alchemist Productions LLC. She has a short story in the Bram Stoker Award nominated anthology, A New York State of Fright and also in Hell’s Heart. Besides SF/F/H, she also writes Hollywood suspense.
