HELIOsphere is now accepting applications for MarketSpace tables. Please fill out the form and our MarketSpace team will contact you closer to the convention.
Please note: This year the room will be a juried venue. We are doing this to (hopefully) create better diversity in the room. We welcome all items of fannish interest: books, art, jewelry, novelties, etc. We will try to accommodate as many people as we can but please understand that applying for space is not a guarantee that you will get space. We will contact applicants about a month or two before the convention with more information.
There will be an event-wide autographing session on Saturday night. Individual authors will be able to sign autographs and sell their own books at this event. You do not need to apply for a table in the MarketSpace unless you really want to spend the weekend sitting at a table to sell your books. More information about the event-wide session will be forthcoming from the Chairs of the convention.
All vendors will need to have a membership to the convention which will be offered at a discounted rate of $65. We will send you a promotion code to use to purchase the discounted membership when you are approved.
